Who We Are

Hi, we’re Max Price (they/them) and Maya Price (she/her) — queer, neurodivergent twins, community builders, and leadership coaches.

Together, we bring 15+ years of experience in LGBTQIA+ inclusion, community building, and leadership development through Proud2Be CIC and other social initiatives, and now bring that expertise into Max & Maya Consulting. Our goal is to help organisations, teams, and leaders create inclusive, empowering spaces where people and communities can thrive.

We co-founded Proud2Be CIC in 2011, a queer-led non-profit that has secured over £1 million in funding and delivered impactful programmes for thousands of LGBTQIA+ people. Beyond the numbers, it’s the personal connections and transformations — seeing leaders, teams, and organisations grow stronger and more resilient — that drive us.

As neurodivergent leaders, we know what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t designed with everyone in mind. That’s why we’re passionate about supporting leaders, teams, and organisations to build sustainable, values-aligned ways of working without burning out.

Our Journey

Co-Founders & Co-CEOs of Proud2Be CIC (2011 – 2025)
We’ve grown Proud2Be into a resilient, impactful organisation, securing significant funding, leading training initiatives, and fostering inclusive communities.

Totnes Pride (2012 – 2022)
We co-led Totnes Pride from a small local event into a major annual celebration, amplifying LGBTQIA+ visibility and fostering community engagement.

Leadership & Mentoring Experience
We support leaders in building confidence, resilience, and clarity, while helping teams and organisations develop inclusive, connected, and sustainable cultures.
