Hi, weβre Max Price (they/them) and Maya Price (she/her) - queer, neurodivergent leaders, coaches, and community builders. We partner with organisations and individuals to strengthen leadership, build resilient teams, and shape inclusive, values-driven cultures.
Whether itβs supporting new and emerging leaders, helping those facing burnout, improving organisational culture and cohesion, guiding change management, or embedding safeguarding, we bring a broad range of expertise to meet leaders and teams exactly where they are.
In 2011, we co-founded Proud2Be, a grassroots, queer-led non-profit. Since then, weβve raised over Β£1 million in grant funding and led work that has positively impacted thousands of LGBTQIA+ people.
Now, through Max & Maya Consulting, we offer coaching, workshops, training, and talks that create space for leaders and organisations to feel supported, equipped, and reconnected to their purpose - without having to shrink who they are.
